Booking & Payment
2.1
All Unlistd Life trips are invite-only. Receipt of an invite link does not guarantee a seat — your seat is confirmed only upon payment of the advance amount and receipt of written confirmation from Unlistd Life.
2.2
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis among invited travelers. Unlistd Life reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion before confirmation is issued.
2.3
The advance amount is adjusted against the total trip cost and is not an additional charge. The balance amount must be paid in full as communicated at time of confirmation — typically 7–10 days before departure.
2.4
Failure to pay the balance amount by the stipulated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your seat without refund of the advance. Unlistd Life will communicate payment deadlines clearly.
2.5
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay. Unlistd Life does not accept cash payments. Always retain your payment receipt or screenshot as proof of booking.

Traveler Responsibilities
3.1
Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for boarding. No traveler will be permitted to join the trip without ID verification. Failure to carry valid ID does not entitle you to a refund.
3.2
Travelers must report at the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The vehicle will not wait for latecomers. No refund will be issued for missed boarding.
3.3
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. Failure to disclose may result in exclusion from certain activities at the trip leader's discretion, without refund.
3.4
Each traveler is responsible for their own personal belongings and luggage. Unlistd Life and its organizers accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items at any point during the trip.
3.5
Travelers must follow all instructions from the trip leader at all times, particularly during trekking, outdoor, and adventure activities. Unlistd Life reserves the right to remove any traveler who poses a risk to themselves or the group.
3.6
Travelers are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive standard of behavior throughout the trip. Any act of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or behavior that disrupts the group experience will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
3.7
Alcohol consumption is a personal choice but must not impair judgment or behavior in ways that affect the group or safety. Any traveler deemed unfit to participate in activities due to intoxication may be excluded at the trip leader's discretion.
3.8
Zero tolerance for illegal or disruptive conduct. If a traveler is found engaging in any illegal activity, disturbing the peace, exploiting or endangering fellow travelers, or engaging in any conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others, Unlistd Life reserves the right to expel and remove that traveler from the trip immediately — without prior notice, without excuse, and without any refund or compensation of any kind. This decision rests solely with the trip leader or Unlistd Life organizers and is final.
Unlistd Life trips are built on mutual respect. Any behavior that endangers, exploits, or ruins the experience for fellow travelers will result in immediate removal. No refund. No exceptions.

Itinerary & Changes
4.1
Published itineraries are indicative, not contractual. Unlistd Life reserves the right to modify routes, timings, accommodation, activities, or any part of the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, local regulations, or operational necessity.
4.2
Where changes are made, Unlistd Life will make every effort to provide alternatives of equal or greater quality. Itinerary changes do not entitle the traveler to a refund.
4.3
In hill regions and high-altitude areas, air conditioning in vehicles will be switched off for safety. This is at the driver's discretion and is standard practice on mountain routes.
4.4
Delays due to traffic, road conditions, weather, or any external factors are possible on mountain routes. Unlistd Life will not provide compensation for delays outside our reasonable control.

Health, Safety & Risk
5.1
Participation in Unlistd Life trips — particularly treks and outdoor experiences — involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, altitude sickness, adverse weather, rough terrain, and wildlife. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
5.2
Unlistd Life does not provide travel insurance. Travelers are strongly recommended to obtain their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance before departure, covering adventure activities and mountain trekking.
5.3
In the event of a medical emergency, Unlistd Life's trip leader will provide first response support and coordinate evacuation. Any costs incurred for medical treatment, evacuation, or emergency transport are borne entirely by the traveler.
5.4
Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must carry all required personal medication. Unlistd Life does not carry or administer prescription medication on behalf of travelers.
5.5
Unlistd Life reserves the right to decline or remove a traveler at any point if, in the trip leader's judgment, their physical condition poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability & Limitation
6.1
Unlistd Life's total liability to any traveler, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that traveler for the specific trip in question.
6.2
Unlistd Life shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including loss of income, loss of enjoyment, or additional travel costs arising from trip disruptions, changes, or cancellations.
6.3
Unlistd Life acts as an organizer and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including but not limited to: hotels, transport operators, trek guides, restaurants, or local vendors.
6.4
In exceptional cases, Unlistd Life may transfer a trip's operation to a partner travel company of similar standard. Travelers will be notified in advance. Terms and pricing will remain unchanged.

Governing Law
7.1
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
7.3
Unlistd Life reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your trip. Updated terms are published at unlistd.life.
7.4
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
